Leading Edinburgh and Midlothian law firm the latest to join UEL

One of Edinburgh and Midlothian’s most respected local law firms is the latest to join the expanding United Employment Lawyers network.

Allan McDougall solicitors have been providing legal advice to clients since the 1920s. They have offices in Penicuik and Dalkeith, along with central Edinburgh and at Meadowbank and Liberton. The firm has one of the largest personal injury teams in Scotland dealing with accident compensation.

“We believe that everyone should have access to quality legal advice. This is fundamental to us. It is also important in the changing sphere of employment law, so we are delighted to be joining the UEL network,” said Gordon Bathgate, managing partner of Allan McDougall and an employment law practitioner.

The firm has considerable experience of dealing not just with Employment Tribunals but also with appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and to the Court of Session.
