Bannerman Burke is proud to serve the Scottish Borders providing legal services to individuals, families and businesses across all aspects of life. Rory Bannerman and Iain Burke are the principal partners, with John Hunter a key part of the team. The firm was established in 1999, with Iain joining Rory and his father Sandy, who at that stage were running the long established Hawick firm of Thomas Purdom and Sons. Bannerman Burke opened in Galashiels and subsequently incorporated Thomas Purdom and Sons. Our goal as a firm is to be the full service legal provider in the Scottish Borders and by becoming part of the UEL network we are delighted to be able to expand the services available to our clients and to follow the ethos of UEL to work together for the benefit of our clients.
